1. B2B Wholesale Accounts & Orders

  • Business Eligibility: All orders placed through Modny Wholesale are intended strictly for business-to-business (B2B) wholesale and retail stocking purposes.

  • Account Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, business credentials, and tax or registration details.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation is completed once goods are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

  • Wholesale Pricing: All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be completed in accordance with the agreed-upon wholesale terms, invoices, or secure payment gateways provided at checkout.

  • Ownership of Goods: All products remain the property of Modny Wholesale until full and final payment has been received.

3. Shipping, Transit & Delivery

  • Dispatch Location: Orders are shipped from our primary sorting and fulfillment facility in New Delhi.

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery windows are provided as a guide. Modny Wholesale is not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or transit disruptions beyond our control.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon successful handover of the shipment to the designated shipping carrier.

4. Returns, Replacements & Claims

  • Inspection: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Any discrepancies, missing items, or transit damages must be reported promptly.

  • Resolution: Approved claims are primarily managed through our reshipping and replacement policy, subject to stock availability at our facility.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All branding materials, product descriptions, images, tags, logos, and lookbooks provided by Modny Wholesale are protected. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial misuse is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Modny Wholesale shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses or damages arising from the use or resale of our products.
